 We clean and inspect properties in between your summer tenants. The checklist for our routine cleaning of a rental property can be viewed HERE The typical "window" for check in/check out is 10am - 2pm. During these 4 hours, your unit will be cleaned and ready for the next tenant. Alternate times are also available such as 11am - 3pm. |
