About Us Rainbow Resort Services is a small, but growing in-home service provider. We are based in Lewes, DE and serve Sussex Shores from Milford to Bethany. It is owned and operated by Earl Parson and Le Achenbach. We handle residential, commercial, rental and post-construction cleanup as well as the cleaning of model homes. You can read more about each of these in Services. Operating as Rainbow Cleaning,we have been in business since 2002 and are licensed and insured. We encourage feedback from all clients. Whether by phone or e-mail, we want to know when something has not been done to your satisfaction so that we can correct it. Likewise, we like to hear the good stuff too ! So please be picky, please check behind us, and let us know if it's not right. We take on all new clients with NO CONTRACT. That's right..no contract. We are so confident that you will be happy with our service that we will not bind you into a contract. If for any reason you wish to terminate service, you are free to do so.
